Biography: Age 27, Tansharu Noguchi is sales manager of the Nomuro Motor Co., and comes from Tokyo, Japan. In 1959 he won the 350 c.c. class of the All Japan Clubman Road Races and was third in the 250 c.c. class—and he scored the same again in these races last year. (TT Special, 16 June 1961, p. 7)
