Biography: On board of the steamer Queen Victoria passenger steamer plying between Liverpool and Douglas steal from the person of Florence Davis one half sovereign in gold seventeen shillings and sixpence in silver four pence & one half-penny in copper current coin of the realm and one half of a return ticket by the said steamer a key a watch key and a purse and on the same occasion on board of the same steamer did steal from the person of Persis Sears a passenger a leather purse containing one pound six shillings in silver and one penny and two farthings in copper current coin of the realm also at the said time and place and on board of the same steamer did steal from Ann Payton wife of John Paton and Susan Tyler certain other articles and money..
