Scope & Content: Green Final, Saturday, February 23, 1963: Commissioned to-day at Chatham, H.M.S. Manxman was presented with a Manx cat ("Kelly") by His Honour Deemster Kneale, representing the Lieutenant-Governor. This Manx cat recently appeared on B.B.C. TV from London in a children's programme, having been sent from the Island.
