Scope & Content: Representatives of the Royal Naval Association and Royal British Legion as well as local schoolchildren gather at the tomb of Captain John Quilliam RN, in Arbory churchyard, for the annual wreath laying. Quilliam served with Admiral Lord Nelson aboard HMS Victory at Trafalgar.
