Scope & Content: Charles Friswell's Peugeot No 46 came 13th out of 18 finishers taking 7 hours 58 minutes and 54.4 seconds to complete the 208 mile race. He averaged 26.2 mph, consuming fuel at a rate of 26.2 miles per gallon. Behind the bridge is the Hallelujah Hall which was taken over by the New Connextion Methodist church (1890) and later changed its name to the United Methodist Church after an amalgamation of 1914.
