Film can be dated as 1959 due to a poster advertising the 'Royal Manx Agricultural Society's Annual Show' held at the Nunnery Park in Douglas. The Society changed it's name to the 'Royal Manx Agricultural Society' from the 'Isle of Man Agricultural Society' after the approval of George VI in 1951. The flyer for the agricultural show is Thursday 6th August at The Nunnery. The Douglas show moved to George V park in 1961. 6th August is a Thursday in 1959. There is also a Series 2 Landrover being shown off at the Agricultural show which did not come out until 1958.
