Description: Portrait of Hans Keller from Mooragh Internment Camp by artist Hugo Dachinger. Three-quarter portrait of a man with beard holding a violin under his chin and holding the bow in his right hand. Inscription top left. Hans Keller (1919-1985) was a Jewish Austrian-born musician, who fled to Britain in 1938. He went onto to have a very successful music career in Britain. He was interned on the Isle of Man from 1940-41.
