Description: Satirical cartoon possibly drawn for Isle of Man Times newspaper. Shows an overloaded ARP girl [?] carrying buckets, stirrup pump etc. with an ironic comment: "it is also advisable to carry an extinguisher and a ladder." There is no evidence that this cartoon was ever published so it may have been produced as a personal item for a friend in the ARP.
