Ammonite

Description: Ammonite. Probably a Mesozoic erratic from South West Scotland. The rock is a light olive brown, oolitic, occasionally bioclastic limestone. Many of the oolites have dissolved leaving only the cement.

Measurements: Maximum length 7 cm
