Biography: Second Lieutenant Keith McFarlan was the son of Mrs Eleanor McFarlan of College Green, Castletown. He served in France with the 11th battalion, Lancashire Fusiliers and was killed on 15 May 1916 during his battalion's attack on Vimy Ridge. He is buried in Ecoivres Military Cemetery, Mont St Eloi.
