Age 25, Stanley R. Cameron is a motor cycle mechanic from Putaruru, New Zealand. He is on his second trip to Britain, and has had much experience in New Zealand in all branches of motor cycle sport; he was, for instance second in the 1954 N.Z. Open Scrambles Championship and fourth in the N.Z. National Sporting Trial.

He has taken part in road races at King County and in the New Zealand T.T., while at Ardmore he was second in 1953 and third in 1954.

He rode his 350 c.c. A.J.S. in both Junior and Senior T.T. races last year, retiring in the Junior but finishing 42nd in the Senior at 77.52 m.p.h.
