Biography: Age 40; an electrical contractor, of Lea, Nr. Preston. Rode at Southport, Wallasey, Donington, etc., in the early 1930’s but gave up road racing in 1934 until last year, when he competed in the Junior Clubman’s, finishing twelfth on a Norton at 71.35 m.p.h. Machine, international Norton.
