Age 36 years, occupation Electrical Engineer, home. South-east London. Worked on telecommunications during the war, as a civilian, having been turned down for aircrew duty in the R.A.F. due to defective colour vision and various other services having been equally inhospitable. Asked if he has any hobby besides motor cycling says “Is there any other. No, there isn’t – beer isn’t what it was.”

His machine is “the same old ruin, 1938 Mk.7 K.T.T. Velocette, which I rode in ’38 and ‘39”, and is entered by George Bryant.
