Senior – Norton
Age 24, Harry Lindsay comes from Dublin, and is Reg Armstrong’s cousin.
In 1950 he competed on the Continent for a short time on an interesting machine of his own construction, consisting of a Triumph Grand Prix engine in a loop frame with swinging arm rear suspension. The oil was incorporated in the frame tubes.
Returning to Ireland he was successful in gaining fourth place in Skerries “100,” repeating his 1949 performance, and later, won the 500 class of the Enniskillen “100.”
He also won the 500 class at the Curragh Short Circuit meeting.
He is one of George Bryant’s entries for both races.
