Biography: Age 21, Michael William Manley is a motor fitter and comes from Cardiff. He started racing two years ago and has ridden at Rhydymwyn, Thruxton, Aberdare, Oulton and Mallory, with various successes. His best this year up to date has been at Oulton Park where, out of six rides, he scored three firsts, two seconds and a third. Last year's Junior rare was his first " Manx," and he finished 47th in it at 77.73 m.p.h. His machine is a 1958 Manx model which he bought from Bill Siddles, tuned for 1960 and '61 by Francis Beart. Hobby : Motor cycling.

Age 21, Michael William Manley is a motor mechanic and comes from Cardiff. He started racing twelve months ago and has ridden at Rhydymwyn, Thruxton, Aberdare, Oulton and Mallory, with first, third, fifth and sixth and seventh places respectively. His machine is a 1958 Manx model which he bought from Bill Siddles, tuned for 1960 by Francis Beart.

Hobby: Rifle shooting.
