Biography: Age 25, Roger Millins is an aerodynamicist and comes from Watford, Herts. He started racing late in 1957 and, as he says "actually got in a couple of finals." He first rode in the Manx in 1959, finishing 58th in the Junior race, and in the Junior last year he came home quite a bit higher up-36th, at 81.46 m.p.h.

Age 24, Roger Millins is an aerodynamicist and comes from Watford, Herts. He started racing late in 1957 and, as he says “actually got in a couple of finals.” His machine is a 1955 7R modified to short stroke and with a 1958 tank. It was previously owned by Allen Burt, of Australia, who rode it in the 1958 Junior and Senior T.T.
