Biography: Age 26, Vincent Reilley is a television engineer and comes from Kirkdale, Liverpool. He has won numerous awards in trials and rallies and competed in last year's 350 Newcomers race, unfortunately having to retire early on. He has also ridden at Aintree, Oulton Park and Rhydymwyn.
