Biography: Age 38, Cyril Scott is a CPO in the Royal Navy, but his home is Sheffield. He has considerable experience of the Mountain Course, having ridden in the 1950 and 1951 Clubman's TT races; in last year's 500 cc. Newcomer's race he had to retire but he has ridden at most of the Midland and Southern short-circuit meetings with several 'placings'. Hobby: Golf.
