Age 34, J. York, a motor-cycle engineer from Northampton, has ridden on mainland short circuits and entered for the 1958 Snaefell race in which, however, he was a non-starter. His machine is a 1954 model which he bought from Gerry Rudd last season and which has been tuned and modified by Hans Haldeman. Hobby: Cinephotography.
