G.W. Shekell

Biography: Age 28, G. W. Shekell is a press toolmaker and comes from Fernhill Heath, near Worcester. He has competed in many short circuit meetings in England and Wales, and has plenty of experience of the Mountain Course, for he rode in the Senior Manx Grand Prix of 1951, finishing 42nd, and in several Clubman's races after that. He describes his machine as "Just W.R.E. 248." Hobby: "Reserve Moto Ball Goalkeeper, Worcester." (TT Special, 16 June 1961, p. 16.)
