Biography: Senior - Norton
Junior - Norton
A builder’s foreman of Rowley Regis, Staffs. Tromans first competed in the Manx Grand Prix in 1937, but crashed on his first lap. Rode at Donnington in 1938 and returned to the Island last year where he competed in the Manx Senior and Junior races. Finished thirty-third in the Senior after trouble at the start. He is riding the same machine, a “Manx” Norton in both this year’s races.
