Biography: Age 30, Eric Unwin is a miner from Chesterfield, Derbysh. and he has a very extensive knowledge of the Isle of Man course, having competed in the Clubman's and Manx Grand Prix races on a number of occasions. His racing career began with Eppynt in 1951 and has since covered meetings at Scarborough, Cadwell Park, Osmaston, Alton Towers, Brough, Silverstone etc. Eric was fourth in the 1956 Junior Clubman's race and so received a free entry to the Manx Grand Prix. He was 33rd in the Junior and 20th in the Senior. Hobbies: "I have a bash at anyything - once!"
