Biography: Criminal case. Along with Thomas Tear, John Carine, John Bowden, William Corris, Edmund Uren, John Shimmin, John Hudson, Thomas Christian, John Quilliam, John Radcliffe, Richard Fargher, William Snogles, thomas Cain, John Corkish, and William Corkish, order of J. Quirk Esq., J.P. to enter into bonds for the preservation of the peace, they being miners and had refused to work without an advance of wages, and made use of threatening language respecting any strangers who should come to work.
