Cotton Wholecloth Quilt

Description: A cotton wholecloth quilt with the top fabric made of a red and brown print cotton on a white background. The patchwork quilt is patched at either end with a strip of green flannelette or fleeced fabric.
The quilt is backed with white cotton fabric and is hand-quilted in an erratic grid pattern using white cotton thread. It contains a white woollen fabric as filling.
This quilt belonged to the donor's family, either the Kinnish family of Mullinaragher or the Moores of Ballachurry, Santon.
