Description: Pencil sketches produced by the donor's father Alfred Schwarzchild whilst interned on the Isle of Man, 1940 (he was a professional artist, forced to flee Germany by the Nazis). Group of sketches on lined exercise paper. Main image is a man at a bench writing. Others show men sleeping and talking. Reverse plain.
