Red plush Bodice

Description: Red plush bodice from the estate of Miss Kitty Parks of Shore Road who is believed to have worn it.
Pointed front and back, long sleeves trimmed each with a bow of darker red ribbon. Fastened with 13 'bronze' buttons. Boned. Lined with cream sateen, with red and blue vertical and brown horizontal overcheck.
Machine-sewn. Wide tape waist band fastened with two hooks and eyes. Length 47 cm centre back.
