It was purchased for £3.99 from Oxfam during Isle of Man Tourist Trophy (TT) fortnight.
In 1979, the Isle of Man celebrated 1000 years of Tynwald, the oldest continuous parliament in the world. The Millennium celebrations took place all over the Island, with many special events.
