Woollen Patchwork Quilt

Description: A geometric patchwork quilt made from a variety of woollen and some cotton fabrics including red flannel. The quilt has at sometime been repaired with a brighter red fabric than the original.
The quilt is backed with linsey-woolsey fabric and been patch repaired with a blue woollen fabric. It is hand-quilted in a zig-zag pattern with red woollen thread.
The quilt is from the home of Miss Abigail Faragher, Earystane Smithy, Arbory.
