Description: Satirical cartoon drawn for Isle of Man Times newspaper. Shows two soldiers in Egypt with Anti-Aircraft gun. This is a reference to the Manx Regiment, as newspapers in the preceding week had carried reports that some had seen the Sphinx for the first time, but also that others were now embarking on a further sea voyage (to Eritrea or Crete?).

This cartoon apeared on 1 February 1941.
