Description: Collected 10.1.1882. 100 fm. Level of the Great Snaefell Mine.'The Copper - Pyrites is sparsely distributed, occuring chiefly where the blende is most abundant' Lamplugh p 527. Massive, anhedral galena with occasional anhedral chalcopyrite. Mm-scale, sub-parallel veins of a chalky, white mineral (a carbonate?).
