Description: Illustration for the story 'Ned Quayle's Story of the Fairy Pig'. There is no calligraphy in design but a handwritten inscription in pencil 'Ned Quayle's Story of the Fairy Pig' (the title of the story). This illustration was not used in the final publication and the story of 'Ned Quayle's Story of the Fairy Pig' is one of the few not to be illustrated in the book. The publication 'Manx Fairy Tales' by Sophia Morrison was first published in 1911 and reprinted in 1929 with title pages for each story illustrated by Archibald Knox.
