Monies requested are: a) A sum not exceeding £2,600 to defray balance of cost of Sewerage Scheme, b) A sum not exceeding £4,400 for further sewering and road works, c) The sum of £300, cost incurred in widening Duke Street, d) £466 balance of the capital cost of erecting the Borough Markets, e) A sum not exceeding £3,000 to meet the expenditure on Private Improvement Works pending recovery from persons liable thereof, f) The sum of £900 for the purchase of two dwelling houses known as Hewitson's property at the corner of Woodbourne Road and York Road for the improvement of the said roadways and Cable Tram Traffic.
